Grillfest On the Go is a father-and-son venture built by John and Ray Yelland, created to bring bold, satisfying street food to the people — without the gimmicks.
We specialize in elevated bratwursts that hit hard and make sense: simple ideas executed well, with just enough creativity to surprise you. Whether it’s a Sunrise Breakfast Brat topped with a jammy egg and maple-mustard sauce or a Citrus Crunch Chili Dog with just the right balance of richness and crunch — everything we serve is designed to be instantly recognizable, deeply satisfying, and worth coming back for.

Our mission is simple: make food that people didn’t expect to love, and then make it unforgettable.
We believe in smart innovation, not overcomplication. If it requires explaining, it’s probably not worth serving. If it makes someone stop, try something new, and walk away impressed, we’ve done our job!!
At the same time, Grillfest On the Go is more than a food trailer — it’s the traveling front line of Grillfest itself. Everywhere we go, we’re introducing people to something bigger: a community-driven festival built around food, music, and shared experience.
